Your a star! thank you, i'll give it a go. Okay, have tried, but my MD player doesn't show up as a plug in. When i press play on Sonic Stage or Open jukebox, i can't record as none of my recording software can pick up my MD player....any ideas?

Hi My dad has come accross some reel to reel recordings of family from 1962. he has copied them onto MD for me and the rest of the family wants copies but do not have MD players. How can i record from MD to PC? everytime i try to check in i get "Detected errors while transfering check in failed" my MD is a Sony MZ-N710 - Sony say it is not possible...but i don't believe them!
