okay - i have this sony MZ N10 which i bought for like two years ago. I have only used for like a year - mostly because i got this nokia 9500 which had more storage... I missed my md and therefor i went to the basement and got it all back - software, dongle, wires etc. But now it seems that my md-player wont start playing... it is like it keeps searching for the toc again and again - its clear that the 'eye' inside is moving (i can hear that) and the disc is spinning (also: i can hear that) but its the same rythm all over again: the eye moves a little, and it moves back again like it was reset... then it moves a little and then goes back again. It all ends up, 15 minutes later, with an 'ERROR' in the display and the timecounter goes '00:00'. While the eye is trying to read the data/toc the animated disc in the display keeps spinning but nothing really happens... I remember when i decided to change to my phone i had the same issue a few times with the md-player but it fixed itself somehow - Its annoying and i really want to get it back again - anyone knows how to solve this? // peter
