I met the same problem as yours. files not transferring. It took me hours to solve it. This is what I did: 1. uninstall sonicstage, reboot your PC.(This is necessary or else some folders can't be deleted.) 2.Start "Windows Explorer" -----Select "Tools"-----Single-click "Folder Options"-----Select the "View" tab -----choose "show hidden files and folders. 3.delete the following folders if you have in your PC. C:/programme files/sonicstage (the folder where you installed sonicstage.) C:/programme files/common file/sony shared C:/programme files/common file/sony C:/Documents and settings/all users/Application Data/Sony Corporation 4.click "Start"-----"run"-----type "regedit"-----press "ctrl+F" to search "sonic"-----right click to delete what you find.(delete all of them.) 5.install sonicstage again. reboot your PC. Now, it's OK. It works on my PC. Whether it works on yours, let us know.
