MZ-M100 and ver. 1.0.00.07021 of the software

I've imported several times before, and have never had a problem. For some reason, when I connect my recorder and open up the .wav importer, all the tracks show up as gray and I can't select them to drag them anywhere. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, if anything. Please help!!
