crutches

Hey guys & gals, I have been using my Mz-RH10 for over a year, recording interviews & such for my research abroad. Now I have a few large problems: 1) Is there anyway to bypass the stupid thing that only allows a track to be transferred to a computer once? (& man, I really hope there is. I have a few discs full and I transfered a lot to my school comp in India, which I don't have any access to now!) 2) When you transfer the files from the Mz-Rh10 to the computer, is there anyway to maintain them in there groups? (I tried earlier and I had named my groups on the MD, but the comp made ton of untitled tracks with no groups! how can a specifically designed program do that) 3) I want to move all my tracks to my g4 powerbook, but Sony has really made this extremely difficult. I looked through the forum here and found suggestions for mac compatable software and plan to try it, however, if question 1's answer is 'no', what can I do???? Thx for the help
