Oh, thanks. However, my problem is that there are a lot of sub menu under the service menu (and many options, too). So I really dont know where to start with. That is why I am looking for an option that can reset the machine to its default settings. Is there such an magic key? Or could I refresh the firmware fo the machine? Apparently, there is no firmware available for the MZ-RH1. At least I can find it on the Sony offical website. Could anyone help? Regards, Queen Queen

Hi all, I am a newbie here. I had bought a MZ-RH1 Europe Version (black in color) and I had accidentally change the settings in the service mode.
