Well, with "upload" I actually meant to transfer the songs I've recorded (say a live concert) digitally without loss to my computer. I assumed I can do that with MD decks by using the "Digital in", can I? My Sharp has an "Optical in", is that compatible to "SPDIF Out" on an audio card?

1. I have a NetMD here (Sharp IM-DR420H). Can I use it with Simple Burner? 2. Are MD decks really the only way to upload digitally from MD to PC (using a NetMD portable device)?
