Hi everyone. I've recently brought a sony mp3 NW-E00SF from Hong Kong and have been getting the same message: "the connected ATRAC audio device cannot be used with the currently installed Sonicstage. To use with the currently installed Sonicstage, you need to delete All tracks in the ATRAC audio device or initialize the hard disk of the ATRAC Audio device" I have the 4.5 version. Tried to uninstall it and even downloaded the 4.0 version but nothing works. I wouldn't mind initializing it but I can't even do that! The little box on the right hand corner that says 'Device/Media info' isn't even highlighted for me to click it. Please save me so I can listen on my mp3 again! Thanks!
