well i have noticed that the noise cancellation level has decreased on my sony mdrnc020 headphones that came with the mp3 player sony nwzs738fbnc has decreased means that i only get the noise canellation when i set the slider to center and when i increase the noise cancellation level means mic level to + i noticed that i m not hearing the mic sound anymore why is this so.well i think it might be the problem with the headphones.anyone other have such probelms with the mp3 player noise cancellation

well i m in a habbit of listning at very slow volume means 4 or 5 with supplied headphones.well i dont know something strange have happened to them at first they r very comfortable but as time passes on they r not enjoyable at all.well they can be replaced but i am in pakistan so i m in trouble well i have found they r extra available on sony part site.well i am currently using sony mdrex85lp with nwzs738fbmc i dont have anyheadaches though noise cancellation dont work and i have to hight the volume a bit but they r standbying good.

well i want to ask that recently wax entered into the left channel of my sony mdrnc020 lp headphones i tried to clean them but the headphones started to sound muddy and waxy and now when i wear them i am expreiencing quiet headaches why is this so is this bcoz of headphones well wax entered into t he small circle near nozle

well i have concern abt the walkman headphones that came with player mdr nc020 well there is a hole located at the center of the headphones wax accidently enter into the left channel then i try to clean it with a compass or pen now the wax has removed but the left channel still sounds muddy what to do how can this be fix without getting them to service besides this can anyone tell me where are the authorized service centers of sony located

well i m so confused that i took my brand new sony mdrex85lp i was enjoying it alot on my sony nwzs738fbmc though i miss noise cancellation well i noticed a strange thing that during listning i somewhat accidently bump into the wire of the headphones and the left side fall out from then i noticed that the left side has rotated from the center means that the mark of left side is not at center and the angle of left side hse change same is the case with my mdr nc 22 why is this so does these headphones rotate or i chat to sony support they said they need serviced how can i get them fix anyother way as i m using it in pakistan and i got it from usa plz can anyone share his light on this topic does these headphones rotate somewhat as time passes or due to normal use

well i wana say that my mdrnc022 noise cancellation headphones at first they r very comfortable but after 1 month they have started to hurt me and the right headphones rubber have also got some deformed what to do.any suggestion i m using small size eartips and i m currently 23 should i use medium or large.but in medium i dont get good sound quality can i get replacment from sony

no the outer rubber coating of the headphones the circular one which is required to fit the headphones snugly on the outer part of headphone u noticed i noticed that rotating the rubber coating of the headphones make them fit quiet nicely as my right ear always troubled me of mdrnc022 i m not talking abt the silicon ear bud

hi welll does rotating the outer part of headphones means rubber which surrounds the headphones if get rotaed or deform does it effect the snugy fit of the headphones and comfort

well u r right but this is normal operation i guess me too hearing very silent tick tick sounds when taking volume too.10 or above i guess only when mp3 is in pause mode k.well hope so another firmware update will solve this problem.well thats no problem i have come a solution to it.jst turn off vpt its vpt(surround sound effect)and nothing else.try turning off vpt u will not hear any background tick tick effect when popup or down the volume control

hm well try to clean the headphone plug i have tried it on my walkman there is no tick sound try nc setting of or on.well but plz clear the headphone plug iwth a soft cotton cloth such as cleaning cloth for eye glasees keep the player away from mob etc

hm i really think that u have a bad unit.or very old firmware update it to 1.11 version i have never heard such ticks well may be u r talking abt beep sound try to turn it off may be u r taliking abt beep sound u can turn it off easily in settings>common settings>beep settings try to turn it off.see if it helps.i have nwzs-738fbnc there is no such issue

hm well i have update the player firmware but when i charge it to full .and when i unplug it from the pc.it displays the old power status means that if it is connected to pc before when the battery was low then i have to turnoff the unit then it shows full.when u charge walkman when its battery is to low or when it is half or neally blinking becuase if i charge it when its stop working i get blinking status after charge.need more details on it.i cant send the walkman becuase i got it as a gift from usa and i m in pakistan.can sony pakistan help me.well i want to ask is this a pc problem i mean usb power problem though i been able to give 500ma per port but my usb port 1.1 means i have d815 mb and i dont connect it to the usb2

well if the nwzs-738 is connectd to pc and charging and the power suddenly fails and the pc turns down does this thing might damage the player or not to worry abt this issue also can u tell me some shops in pakistan karachi where sony audio accesories orignal are avialable i got mine form usa but i m using it in pakistan and still there is load shedding problem here though i charge it night only to avoid electric shocks

well i have not tried such thing i washed them yesterday by taking them from the headphones i have jst wash them with water and let them dry for 45 mins near sunlight then i tried them i jst feel little shrink hm and i have noticed that the right headphone always hurts me after sometime why is this so i bought my nwzs-738f from sony usa website

well i want to ask that the right side of sonymdrnc-022 hurts me sometimes how can i solve this issue.hm i have tried small size thats the way i can enjoy better soundquality hm i want to ask that does washing the earbuds with water may duterote them as i have somewhat wax problem in my ear.i afraid does they get shrink or duteroate as time passes.

well i have updated my player firmware and now it looks more stable and sounds more good but the battery status is same.though it has stop hanging. thankx alot keep up the good work

well thankx alot for firmware link i will update my player i have firmware1.10 installed on it.can i update my walkman with the link u provided hm welll i have another issue that when i try to reset the walkman with any needle does the walkman is prone to scratch or not

when the walkman battery displays low please charge appears then when i connect it to the pc to charge it walkaman charges normally after 2 hrs when full appears then when i disconnect the player from the pc battery blinks like it is nearlly empty although it is full charge then i hve to press the poweroff button and then on again walkman then the battery shows full charge bars is this the normal operation of the player after very long time of use or something wrong well i have chat to sony assistant regrading this problem they said me to reset it i have reset it also but the issue presists can anyone tell me is this the normal operation of the player or something wrong.by nwzs-738fbmc is only 1 month old usa model.hope to get a fast reply
