  1. Thanks for your help guys. I'll go speak to the guy and see if he wants to splash out on a RH1. Cheers B
  2. Hi there, i've had a good search about the site and i reckon i've already found the answer to this question but just wanted to confirm. I've been given a heap of CDs on Net-MD format and a mate has asked me to transfrer them onto the PC using my NH700. Is there anyway that this is possible? I've downloaded WINNMD from the sticky in another forum however that can't transfer via USB and therefore needs to be recorded real time. The discs are a live recording of a week long trainnig event and top 60 hours of material! Can anyone advise if there is a quicker way or do i need to get a classic Line in cable to run from the minidisc to the pc and tell my mate to wait? Thanks for any help brian
  3. Thanks for this, I've looked about and the NH700 is closer to my budget and there seems to be some floating around on Amazon. Cheers for the advice and i'll let you know how I get on. B
  4. Hi, I'm a complete newbie to the Minidisc world and I'm looking for some advice. I am a hypnosis and Personal development trainer and i'm wanting to start recording my events and offering them as home study courses. This means I'm looking for something simple yet high quality with ideally a small clip on mic or something with a good range (i tend to wander around when i train!). Could anyone advise on a set up of Minidisc with decent battery life and good quality mic that together would retail for about £100 ($200)? if I'm living in a wee dream world thinking I can get something for that price then let me know what i should be buying. I'm sure the wife will agree to the extra spending! I've been having a look at ebay to see if I can pick up a bargain but sometimes what looks like a bargain isn't, you know? I appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks Brian
