Mine finally arrived today as well. Recap: Price listed (C$347) included 'bonus' discs, item in-stock and 1-7 day typical delivery. Ordered March 10. paid Paypal. No response for 24 days - during which time i phoned dozens of times (recording only - left three messages) and emailed three times. Response (finally) was: delay was blamed on supplier (though item listed as in stock at purchase). Minidisc arrived today (Apr.18). No effort was made whatsoever to compensate for trouble. In fact, i noticed today that it sells now for C$327 without discs, or C$337 with discs. NEVER will i purchase from MDC again.

All clients "Should" have been contacted?! i left voice and email messages - 21 days after paypment - no response. Blaming the distributor is LAME! Shouldn't list an item as in stock if it isn't; Should get back to them when there's a problem (Hey, stuff happens)- definetely should effort to make ammends! i will not purchsase from MDC and do my best to make sure others don't as well.

i'm on day 20 with zero respone and will do the same (1 more week that is), keeping in mind that perhaps all our cancelled order will be met with is an autoreply stating they'll respond within 24 hrs! One would have to assume there are numerous others in the same situation, except that they are not aware of the forum. Thanks for your support guitarfxr

Thanks for the feedback for us and 'them'. For what it's worth, tried again today, still zero response - except for the email "We try to respond to All inquiries within 24 hours" Being a newbie, i thought maybe they were out of business or even perhaps the site was a scam - either way tough luck for me, but it was promising to see a forum of this size. VERY bad business, nonetheless.

Ordered an RH1 on Mar.10 (item was in stock) and the paypal cleared. No disc, no response (phone/email), nothing. Troublesome because i needed one for work and sold my other to get this one with what i thought was plenty of time. i'm brand new to the forum - discoverd it because at least one other had posted a message regarding the same experience this month. If you're in a hurry, forget Minidisc Canada.

Welcome to the club (are we the only members?) i have had the exact same situation, except different dates. Purchased an RH-1 via paypal on March 10, Paypal cleared Mar 10. Item was listed as in stock. Called about 20 times including today = recording only; left two messages and also sent two emails. HAVE RECEIVED NO ANSWER TO DATE. i can understand backorder situations etc. But this is unnacceptable. Blew any future purchases from me.
