Hi eveyone, I bought sony NW-E003F mp3 player. I just tried on many many times that I can'y install the CD. Sonicstage. It even can't process and finished the installation. It terminated and stop the installation by itself. I am using WIndow XP and i checked in the software setup and installled that I have already install the service pack 2. After the installation is stopeed by itself. I click on Sonicsatge tha icon show in the start> all software> sonicstage 3.4 (CD), even 4.0 the exe file in ur site. and it tell me to restart . i restart it. But even it tell me And in the installation it can't process the part that ''OpenMG Secure Module ''.!!! I have called a long distanc call to SONG even the stuff can't help me solve my problem!!! And someone tell me to Run: msconfig and look in the Startup Tab and uncheck anything security related. But i still can't install SOnicstage. that really make me crazy that bought a mp3 . taht i can't install any songs into it. I hope there are someone who can give me methods which can solve my problems. Thanks a lots!
