Please Help! I've got a MZ-M10, with the Music Transfer 2.0 software, and I can't get any recordings (from the included mic in PCM, SP, or LP mode) to upload. I just get the gray quarter note. Sony says it's my fault, but I can't for the life of me figure out what's wrong. I've sat with an identical recorder, identical settings, and done everything the same. The other recorder uploads fine. When I switch the discs out, my recorder uploads what was recorded on the other recorder, but NOTHING recorded on my recorder will upload to any computer. Same thing when tried on a different computer. I'm running Tiger on a PowerBook G4, 1.5 Ghz, with a gig of RAM. I've sent the unit to Sony 3 Times, and they say nothing's wrong (and yelled at me, to boot). Please help. I'm looking at a $300 paperweight.
