pkak11
Hello All! I own a brand new sony mz-nf610. Lately i have descovered the Sonicstage and Simple Burner, and everything was going great, untill i got this message saying there was an error transfering this and that file, saying there is no free space on the Minidisc, which is totaly empty. Sometimes it says there was a problem with the file itself, even though its MP3, and is perfect for listening on the computer. After showing an error message, Sonicstage "drops" my MD, saying "device is not available". then my MD shuts down, untill I restasrt the program or disconnect it. How do i overcome this problem? I have no idea what to do, this is a brand new MD player, i hope it didnt go bad already Thank you...
RandomHero
I would blame Sonicstage before even thinking of blaming the MD unit. SS is a very flaky program and if it "doesn't like you" then it could mean trouble. I personally have not had any major problems with it but other users report horror stories. My suggestion to you would be to completely uninstall sonicstage and re-install it and then try again.
pkak11
TRIED A COUPLE OF TIMES... ALSO UPGRADED TO V2.0, SAME PROBLEM. CHECKED MD-WORKS PERFECT  , THOUGH ITS A PAIN; AT LAST I HAVE FOUND A WAY TO TRANSFER FILES SO EASILY, AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE EVEN MORE DIFICULT... I THINK ILL GIVE UP AND RECORD THE FILES IN THE CD-MD TRADITIONAL WAY :whatever: THANKS THOUGH
Christopher
Please don't use shout-lock, we can hear you just fine. :rasp: You need to uninstall via the directions in the NetMD faq and then install Sonicstage 2.1/2 again. Welcome to the forums, regardless!
