Sparks
Im having issues with my Sharp MD-SR 50 When recording, it writes in to memory fine (the line in port works), but when I press stop (to write to the disc?) It says TOC edit, as it should, then Er MD-41 Can anyone shed any light on this? I'm told by the manual that Er MD ** is a message that the CPU has detected an error, go get it fixed. Is there anything I can do myself, or is it knackered?
Christopher
Welcome to the forums. I've heard of this before. Unfortunately, you're only option is to get the unit serviced. Since the unit is as old as it is, you're probably better off investing in a new one as repair charges would be just about as comprable. Sparks
Thanks for the reply. Bit annoying that i'll have to buy a new player though. Cheers anyway.
