dwissl
I'd like to copy an MD to a CD. All trackmarks from the Minidisc should be on the CD. I can't use a simple pause detector, because I have spoken word audio on the MD. So, I'd like to use a sound card with an optical input socket. But would that really be enough to recognize the MD trackmarks? I'd proberbly have to use special software, because if I'd use a normal wave editor like Sound Forge, it wouldn't start a new Wave file, whenever a new track signal is sent via the optical input. I looked at the Xitel Mdport i/o, it can only recognize trackmarks via pause detection. It doesn't even have an optical input jack. Does anybody here know of a good method? The only thing, which would surely work is a hifi CD recorder, but I don't want to buy one at the moment. Thanks Dwis
