kevingpo
I got a Sony Net MD Walkman MZ-N505 Type-R. It got OpenMG Jukebox 2.2 CD. However with the ever increasing Windows XP updates to Service Pack 2 (SP2) somehow my OpenMG Jukebox is not working anymore. Everytime I make a minidisc (send mp3 songs to minidisc) it blanks the minidisc! So I try to uninstall it, and reinstall software, but the software installation keeps on getting corrupted and crashes/hangs-up. I cannot find anywhere on the internet any software updates or support for Sony Net MD MZ-N505. Not even on the www.sony.com website or from Sony's customer support. The OpenMG Jukebox 2.2 didn't even have a auto-update feature/function. Where are we suppose to get updates from? Please help!
RichM
The successor to OpenMG Jukebox is SonicStage, the current version is 2.2 but 2.1 is good enough. This might be of help. Get rid of OpenMG Jukebox before you download / install SonicStage (it's a web installer) using this. As for your MD blanking problem this may be related, but could easily be hardware related.
