silversurfer2000
Is it possible to use a microphone with the MDS-PC3? It does not have a mic input, but does have a 1/8" analog jack. I do not know too much about microphones, but I would like to record some notes onto a deck and then use the disc in my MZ-E10. Is there another small deck that would be comparable to the MDS-PC3? KJ_Palmer
You need either a self-powered mic or a microphone pre-amp to go in between a microphone and your analogue input jack, plus the right connecting cables. Then you can record onto a minidisc which can be played on your E10. Somewhere like soundprofessionals.com or reactivesounds.com sell small battery powered portable mic pre-amps. A cheaper option would be a mains operated one...
