RonHar
i uninstalled it and installed v3.1, which got it working...←It seems like a strange solution to me. I've seen another thread saying you can initiakize and then transfer from the library to the device again but I've never seen a formal documentation about it. I would like to be sure. micknkeef
I'm definitely not a master with SonicStage but this might be your issue. With the unit plugged in, and SS in the mode to transfer the songs, click on "device" or "media" on the bottom right side of the screen to get an option to register your player. This happened to me when I first got me NW-E505.
