Hi,

When trying to create a CD (any type) in SonicStage, the Transfer screen

just says Device/media not connected as if it can't see my CD drive, however

I can import CD's no problem. Never had any other issues around these

CD drives and I've tried upgrading from 2.0 to 2.3 but still not joy.

Any ideas?

Perhaps, you need to install the ATRAC CD/AUDIOCD/MP3 CD Add-On Module. You can update your SonicStage 2.3 with this SonicStage 2.3 Application Upgrade Installer/Upgrade Utility.

Here's how to solve the problem: I had the same issue, called SonicStage Tech support. They sent me and email w/ a downloaded link of a patch that solved the problem after I ran it. The drive lights up and no more "device/media not connected"

Here's the link to the fix.
