spotslayer
Hi, I am new to this forum and I am looking for some advice. I would like to record local music from clubs, parties and concerts. I have fooled around with an old MZ-R70 and have had some success. I would like to know if there is a MD that I can record with transfer my music to my computer in an excellerated mode, not real time. I am not particular about the format of the music, but I would like to be able to convert it to mp3 and/or wma and be able to burn it to cd to play in my truck. I am open to any and all advice, MD players, mics, etc. Thank'sDavid
dex Otaku
MD as a format does not support high-speed upload in any form. You can copy digitally in realtime from home and pro decks that have an optical output.HiMD supports uploading via USB, within the limits of Sony's software and DRM standards. Wander around in the HiMD forum and you'll find many of these questions answered there.
spotslayer
This is exactly the kind of info I am looking for. I really don't care about the format I use. I only care about the results. I would also really like advice on hardware. I will check out the HiMD forum.ThanksD dex Otaku said: MD as a format does not support high-speed upload in any form.
