micknkeef
I've been dealing with SS since the HD-3 came out and as much as I like ATRAC, SS has always been a little buggy. But this one is driving me nuts. I recently reformatted my hard drive and backed up about 18 gigs of ATRAC files onto 4 DVDs. When I re-imported one disc worth of files, it took any album that had more than one artist on it and made a seperate album for each artist. I had one Billboard Top Hits folder with 75 different artists and it is now in 75 different "Billboard Top Hits" albums. I'm not going to re-label all of those albums. Can anyone here help me out? In addition, ensure that all the tracks of the same album have identical album title.Note: Because by default, SonicStage sort music tracks by artist, tracks of the same album but with various artists will be placed as individual tracks. Thus, you will need to re-organize the tracks accordingly as outlined above.
micknkeef
Thanks a lot. I'll try that tonight. It was so disappointing to see all of those new albums. I guess I was hoping too much that they would stay the way that they were backed up. Or maybe those settings were all reset when I reinstalled 3.2. Anyways, thanks again.
