ROMBUSTERS Posted February 3, 2005 Report Share Posted February 3, 2005 Its well known that SS only transfers 'fake' Atrac to the recorder in Stero ModeHowever out of curiocity which of the following do you think would produce better quality sound?-Using SS fake mode-Recording the song via Analogue Line Indo u lose anywhere close to the amount you do in SS with an analogue connection? With a good cable/line out analogue SP can have a warm pleasing quality approaching the sound, if not quite the fidelity, of vinyl (though of course without the pops/clicks of vinyl).
