J-Money
When I first got SS3, I was able to transfer songs properly. Now, everytime I try to open it, it gives me that windows problem window thingy, asking if I want to send a report.I've already tried uninstalling the program (with the instructions) twice, and it still won't work. I'm currently downloading SS 2 (can't find my 1.5 CD), and hopefully it'll work much better. But is there any way to solve this problem? I read on another thread that it could be the different bitrates, but I don't want to have to "burn" my music everytime just so it has the same bitrate. Assuming you have not upgrade to WinXP SP2, try installing this MS04-032 Security Update for Windows patch. If you already have SP2, try it anyways.
