Shael
Oh man so happy to have found this place.. i've always stuck to v 2.3 because I love using groups and 3.2 seemed to never attatch the artist name to folders rather just the albums as I drag them accross.. anyone know how do change this ? i would save me typing in about 150 band names into all the groups. Also, now that i'm switched to 3.2 for the new bit-rates, i dont know why.. but even when i choose specific bitrate mode, It still transfers my songs as MP3s !! its soo annoying. I have an NW-HD1 that was upgraded to NW-HD3 firmware..I shoulda stuck with only atrac3 but I didnt know that atrac3 would sound better..also where do you find these battery life comparisons with the different bitrates?what can i do ?!please help !Shael

And what is the source of your audio file? In addition, ensure that you've selected the proper "Transfer Mode Settings" prior to a file transfer. Please note that among the new ATRAC3plus bit rates offered by SonicStage 3.2 you can only utilize ATRAC3plus 192kbps with the NW-HD1. ATRAC3plus bit rates: 320kbps, 256kbps, 192kbps, 160kbps, 128kbps, 96kbps, 64kbps and 48kbps. [bolded = new]Please note: According to SonicStage 3.2 Help Index, if the specified bit rate is higher than the bit rate of the original file, the file will likely be transferred at the original bit rate without being converted.
