Problem with the NW-E103

Hey there guys I just joined the forum here and I have a problem with my mp3 player I bought today, I have tried all the updates and none work at all, Now I can't download the service pack 2 for windows because I don't have real windows as im sure alot of people on here don't as well. I just wanna know if there is any alternative software to Sonicstage I hate sony as it is, it's too big of a corporation to care about problems like this, no help line either. I just want to know if you can help me with this. It's a problem with my temp folder Local settings hidden files, Model NW-E103 My temp folder is empty but after I try to run sonic stage it has files in it, but I can never get past the error.......... I guess you could say im a little pissed :ol_mad:

OK, you use a pirated windows, and blame Sony? :ol_rolleyes:

If you're not savvy enough to get SP2 working on a pirated winXP, then go buy the original version. OEM versions are cheaper than retail. If you don't like Sony, than why did you buy Sony products? There are plenty of flash players on the market that don't need additional software to transfer music.

Dude I didn't come here for a lecture on pirating windows, I came for help, I talk to people at Computer stores and they all have pirated windows. It's not uncommon. there has to be another alternative to using sonic, are there no other programs? I don't even know anyone who has a real copy of win XP on their computer. So once again I need help with this error :ol_cry:
