Hi all, first post here

whatever you do do not use OpenMG Beatjam. This program is dross. Not only do I now have three folders which i cannot delete (even through using DOS and all available programs) I cannot even remove the software from my PC. It started telling me to use the beatjam repair tool to sort my privileges(!) now anytime I try to remove or reinstall it simply says that maintenance is complete. This is a pox on NetMD users.

Any alternatives, I have the Sharp NetMD

Try using the latest version of SonicStage (3.1) The link is available in this forum. Make sure you have your Sharp NetMD driver installed prior to loading the application.

Once SonicStage is installed, you can try using Simple Burner as well - unlike SonicStage which is a "jukebox" application, Simple Burner simply let's you copy directly from CD -> MD via your PCs CD-ROM drive.

Please make sure you read all the stickies at the top of this forum to ensure you have clean, error-free installation.

This is now getting beyond a joke. I installed Sonicstage as stated. I am informed that i dont have the openMG secure module msi. I have tried using Nero and simple burner, it just continually tries to install the secure module but can't find it. I am goosed and I am not reformatting for this piece of mince. Even when you try to open simple burner it keeps on trying to install for about an hour. I have tried reinstalling beatjam, have tried to load the secure module from the disc but nowt is happening.
