I thought installing the US version would help, but it didn't. I emailed Sony support, but of course I might as well email my 80-year-old mother for all of the good that will do. Ishiyoshi
I have never encountered any problems with the PSP and SonicStage 3.3. Employing a USB hub may cause this issue.

Employing a USB hub may cause this issue.←Sorry - don't use one. I've also used the last several versions of SS and its predecessors without issue. There is a bug in SS 3.3 - several people have reported it. Not everyone will experience it, but the fact that many have means there is a problem. Here is the helpful response I received from Sony."Thank you for contacting Sony Online Support. We apologize that you are not completely satisfied with your Sony product. Each new generation of products will include enhancements and features to suit the changing needs of our customers. We appreciate the time you have taken to share your comments with us. It is important that we receive this feedback from our customers so that we may better serve you in the future."

mercenary
Well, as it turns out i fixed it :S ss 3.2 the problem was still there but not as bad. So I went on a major troubleshooting routine.I had just reinstalled windows, so its not that. So then it was down to the hardware. I immediatly counted this out as It was working previously and the hardware was the same. But try I did anyway and as it turns out it was my Bluetooth dongle causing problems. Pulled it out, all working. Seriously weird as its been there for ages.Anyway, all out and working again. Thanks anyway. nice place you have here

I am having the same problem Getting back to 3.2 would mean losing the new compression modes,though.... a hard choice (^M0rk^
mercenary
As i mentioned in the post above it wasnt Ss 3.3 at all, it was still there in 3.2 and it was my USB dongle that caused the problems although it did work fine previously..
