While messing about with Last nights PCM recording of Coldplay on Radio 1. I have discovered that when using Windows Media Player 10 in Sync mode it recognises my NH600 as an external device.

This means that the .wav version, roughly 1gig, I had imported to SonicStage can be converted and compressed using Windows Media Player and saved straight to the HI-MD. Using the advanced Sync options you can select the bit rate and it will convert and save the files direct to disc, it even creates nice folders! Obviously the player cannot play them but as long as the copy protecton is disabled they are free to copy as you wish.

Not bad 1 disc containing the music and the files, maybe something Sony should think about selling!
