I've had this card for about four months. It is Dual-DVI, but has an adapter for a VGA monitor. I can take pictures if you like, but I'm telling you right now it's MINT. I've kept it in a system that barely sees above 30 celcius.

I still have the box for this card and most of the original stuffs.
