Matty
I ran SS to import a disc. Well it's run with zero issues since I installed it. Now it doesn't work. What happens is the titlebar appears, the menu bar items (file, edit, view etc) flash rapidly and nothing appears in the main window where 'My Library' and whatever else should be displayed. If I use the 'show desktop' shortcut and then maximize SS again, I can make it display what I've selected, but if I select something else I have to minimize -> maximize again for it to appear. And when I go to try and click on the device (MD, CD etc) button the program hangs. Anyone heard of this?I tried reinstalling it (not uninstalled first) to no avail. If I uninstall it, will I have to re-import my library or do I need to back it up or what? Thanks folks. Edited July 3, 2005 by Matty
Matty
I found out the problem. I was running WinXP with a modified skin/theme. Not a shell like Litestep, just the skin of the main Windows. So, apparantly SonicStage is incompatible with a modified theme. Mods, maybe pin this bit of information.
