dantheman50_98 Posted November 27, 2005 Report Share Posted November 27, 2005 Hello Everybody, I received my £135 NW-HD5 the other day and all seems pretty much perfect, except for one thing:After importing music into Sonicstage 3.3 from cd, I convert the files to 128kbps Atrac3plus. This may seem perfectly fine, but there seems to be no way of transferring Atrac3plus files in the "transfer" section. Only Atrac and Atrac3. Now, I could swear that the NW-HD5 takes Atrac3plus and it has been claimed that Sonicstage 3.3 will transfer these files, I believe. Anyway, the only option that I have seen available is to select the standard transfer mode in "transfer mode settings", but all it does is is transfer them across as Atrac3 66kbps files, not even the same bitrate selected in "advanced transfer settings", nor the "specified bit rate transfer mode."So basically, I'd like to know how to transfer a 128kbps atrac3plus file to an NW-HD5, using sonicstage 3.3.Thank you all for your time and I apologise if I am just being incredibly stupid here for any reason!
