biscuit
Hey ive got a MZ-N710 and ive had it for a good few years now. The problem is that i cant use it to make any new minidisks. Ive got 40 odd blank ones and ive tried everything i cant think of to fix it. I copy an album to it from SS.. its starts chirpping and chunking away busily but then after a few minutes SS give the 'cant write to device or media' error and my MZ-N710 crashes.I have tried using the mic line to record with. It shows a 'saving data' message then crashes. Im thinking ive busted the recorder thingy inside it because i can still listen to music on it.So.. any ideas or shud i just get a new one and give this one to my sister? A440
Get a new one. Repairs aren't worth it.
