How to delete tracks transferred onto the NW-E407?

Please, is there a tutorial for using the sony NWE 407, the e-manual is such a pain? I bought it for my oldie husband. I think I have managed to copy and tranfer his favourite tracks but would be grateful if I could have some tips from other members e.g I have double copied some tracks and do not know how to delete them on the walkman.? I am an oldie myself but more adventurous and will try new things. How do you delete when the memory is full? Basically I would be glad if I could have some simple instructions how to make the ost of the walkman, nothing complicated, just learn how to use it and copy tracks. Thanks

TUTORIAL ON HOW TO DELETE A SONG

1.Connect your network walkman(NW-E407) to your computer.

2.Open your "Sonic Stage".

On the picture below You will see "Atrac Audio Devices"

RH10_Hi_LP__mp3_160_gap_test.mp3

CLICK ON THE GIVEN FOLDERS (See some songs in the folder)

Rigth click on the song you want to delete..

(See picture below)

then click on delete:
