redhawtchili21 Posted August 5, 2005 Report Share Posted August 5, 2005 i just got a nw walkman, nw-hd3 and i installed the sonicstage software right away. the software initially worked based on what i installed from the cd, but since i converted all my files to ATRAC format and deleted my old itunes crap, and also updated the software online... sonicstage will not even open any moreit shows the logo box that comes up and says "initializing", etc... but the main jukebox never loads. a windows error box comes up and offers to send an error report to microsoft.nothing seems to work, as i restarted my computer, re-installed the ss 3.2, etc. any suggestions??? im terribly frustrated!!!!!!
