MZ-RH910 Saving Data Question

I just bought an Sony MZ-RH910 Portable HI-MD Recording unit and I am confused as to why sometimes it saves my data (when I'm speaking using it as a way of recording teachings) and sometimes it doesn't save it. What button or buttons am I supposed to push after I'm done speaking so that the data will be saved? I've tried all kinds of stuff. It just seems to save the data when IT wants to. unsure.gif

The Stop button (a square on the button) saves the data. The unit will also save the data automatically if it senses the battery is getting too low.

If you are recording with the unit on Hold, then you have to take it off Hold and push the Stop button.

If it's saving at random--and it's not battery related--then take it back under the warranty.

Okay thank you. Yes it's only saving maybe 4 out of 5 times when I push the stop button.
