brjohan
When trying to create ATRAC CDs from MyLibrary contents using SS 3.1 and an external USB2 CD burner the CD burner is not recognized by SS. (It says: Device not connected).Other facts: SS recognizes my internal CD burner and can also import from the external CD-R/RW unit. Other CD burning software has no problems finding the external burner. On Win2000 Pro + SP3.(I've read somewhere that SS is sensitive as to whether the burner is configured as Master or Slave. I'm not certain how this applies to a USB unit.)What could be done in order to have SS recognize my external burner?
Christopher
Welcome to the forums. Any reason you don't have the latest Service Pack for 2000? Also, state your further system specs according to the rules.
