johnobuttons
I have a MZ-RH10 and love it.BUT there is nothing in the manual about MP3s. That's advertised as one of the features of the second generation machines. When I use SonicStage, it spends lots of time converting the MP3's (128kbps) into ATRAC3Plus (64kbps - HiLP format). Does anyone have experience with putting MP3's on the new machines without converting them to ATRACplus? How do you do it?
sebastianbf
there is a button (settings) in the middle of the two windows in transfer mode. Just select the "transfer without converion" option (or something like that). You just have to import the mp3s to My library (DO NOT CONVERT THEM) and then transfer them to your himd (remember to change the convertion option first). One more thing: Download the last version of SonicStage (ver 3.2). It's available in the download section in the forum.

Christopher
Welcome, Illusion. It is supported, but some users have reported that some VBR's just don't work with it. I wouldn't consider it incompatible, though - you should be fine.Try some searches with relevant keywords to hear of experiences.
