SS 3.3 "Transfers not allowed"

Hello, I have just updated SS 3.2 to 3.3 from the Sony Asia-Pacific site. When I connect my NW-HD1 (which the sony blurb states SS 3.3 is compatible with), it loads all the music files up. Then when I go to transfer using either standard bitrate or converting to a different bitrate, it refuses to transfer, and a grey box comes up stating "Transfers not allowed". I'm not sure what to do, or whether it is an authorisation issue, as this edition of SS does not let me use connect to authorise where 2.1 annd 3.2 did (I live in New Zealand). Any help would be appreciated...

All service packs etc. are current.

Have you tried reinstalling and installing it again?

Do you see "Atrac Audio Device" Under transfer tab in Sonic stage?

Also it doesn`t ` matter froM where you download your update like i downloded it from Sony Europe site & it worked fine for me ...

Yes, I have tried reinstalling it and can see Atrac Audio Device. I know some people have had issues using updates from Sony USA site when they are based in other countries. I would like to go back to 3.2 and leave well enough alone. Alas, if I uninstall 3.3 and download 3.2, when I start it is 3.3...
