Hgene
Using RH10 to record events and conferences, interviews etc. with microphone.I was very pleased that Sony released an update lifting the "one time" upload. If I upload tracks without editnig them, they come up fine. However I have one disc that I "combined" the tracks into one (removed the markers in the unit on the MD before uploading). Now when I attempt to upload the files Sonic Stage crashes and I get "error:omgjbox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close".Going forward the lesson is first, don't use markers, and 2nd just get the files into the computer before editing them. But I have this disc with two hours of recording that it looks like I'm going to have to play into my computer and capture real time.PSFor all the sweet talking and politness the Sony support is very shallow.Gene

It was solved with a re-install of SS.
Zappa
I had this exact same problem (in ss 3.1)I recorded a 3 hour show and then proceded to chop it up and make track marks so i could listen to it before i got home from the trip. Huge mistake. When I went to upload- I got the same error you got. I freaked... had problems fully unistalling SS... blah blah blah. Long story short- I reformatted and installed SS fresh and still had the errors. It was the disc that was messing everything up (and aparently messing with cutting it into tracks on the unit was to blame).Just 2 weeks ago, I recorded 2 shows with the very same disc and didnt run into a single problem uploading. I kept both shows as one long track and they uploaded perfectly.I learned my lesson... no messing around with track markers on the unit. Leave it alone, upload it and then cut and trim till your heart's content.edit: be glad you're on ss3.2 and can try uploading more than once. When I had all my issues, I ended up permanetnly losing quite a bit of my recording. I damn near threw the unit out the window.
