tanktop Posted September 2, 2005 Report Share Posted September 2, 2005 (edited) Hi all,I am having problems getting sonicstage 3.1 or 3.2 to run. It installs without any problems (i disable all non essential services prior to install).When I start it up for the first time it it goes to update the database and then bombs out with no error messages.Also if i run the conversion tool i get the error message "Cannot optimize the database because the database file version is not recent enough".Any help would be greatly appreciated as at the moment I cannot use my nw-hd5 thanks in advancebtw am running windows xp pro and fully uptodate on the patches.
