driver
Hi there, I have a Sony MP3 player witch came with Sonic Stage 3.0.I have a number of album’s by Japanese recording artist’s, however the English (UK) version of Sonic Stage 3.0 doesn’t support Japanese text display, whenever I input Japanese text it just comes out as ’??????’. I know this issue has been raised several times before on this forum, however most of the solution’s for this problem seem to be directed toward Sonic Stage 3.2. Is there any way I can get Japanese text display on a English (UK) version of Sonic stage 3.0?.Thank you for your help.

Ishiyoshi
I've tried it and it dosent seem to work.Did you run "Omgjbox.exe" with Microsoft AppLocale Utility (in Japanese) after editing the registry as described? In addition, when you state Sony Mp3 player - which unit are you referring? Please note: the registry edit is for Hi-MD and NetMD device only (*I think the registry edit works fine with HDD-based ATRAC device as well). If your device is dependent on Memory Stick media, you will need to edit another set of registry as outlined in this thread; located in our sister forum: ATRACLife Colloquium.
