cinemafia Posted October 1, 2005 Report Share Posted October 1, 2005 This thing might just dry up one of the last great uses for pro portable MiniDisc recorders: http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/Micr...k2496-main.html 24bit/96kHz solid-state recording via 1/4" balanced, 1/8" (with phantom power!) or S/PDIF?Unlimited recording time to compact flash / microdrives?3-8 hour recording time on a single charge?Drag-and drop wav/mp3's to mac or PC via USB 2.0?I'm surprised it's not more than $500.Thoughts?
