joolsveer
This is my first post so please be patient. I have a Sony net md minidisc player (mz-ne410) which I bought in the US. I downloaded the latest version of Sonic Stage from the net. If I rip a CD to mp3 in SonicStage it will not allow me to transfer the files to my minidisc player. I get an error message "Transfers are not allowed". Is there a reason for this? Am I doing something wrong? It doesn't happen if I rip to oma files though. I would prefer mp3 rips because they are more usuable on other equipment.I have uninstalled and redownloaded SonicStage and then reinstalled it to no avail. Can anyone help please? May be the CD you´re trying to import has some protection, but of course you don´t know.Your problem is only with MP3´s, right?

My next test is to rip mp3s using audiograbber. When I rip CDs in audiograbber is it important to mark the file as original?
