I couldn´t rise yet the volume of may device from the unit - vol + button, but from the remote control only. Is it normal or it has something bad? It is a RH10.

Thanks!

Welcome to MDCF!

You probably have the "Hold" feature enabled on the unit. Disable it and you can utilize the volume control from the unit.

Sorry this is my first time in the forum. I bought this device las week and I still have its 15 warranty days from the store, so I want to make sure it is not a manufacturer problem.

The hold switch is released.I have tried and still don´t work but it works good from the remote control.

I´m suspecting it has a problem. I don´t know!

If you can, please write mi back.

Thanks for the welcome part

In that case, please return your device for an exchange immediately.
