geniusgenu
I use an NW-HD5 player. I used to use the SS 2.3 to transfer my music to the player. However when i installed the 3.2 update, ss asked me to initialise my walkman. I immediately uninstalled 3.2 and installed the earlier version i.e. ss 2.3. However the same problem started occuring with ss 2.3 and then i tried restoring my system which didnt help. Few days later I uninstalled all components of Sonicstage and installed the then new ss 3.3 version. With this, sonic stage did detect my walkman, but I was and still am unable to transfer any tracks whenever i try and receive the following message, "These tracks cannot be transferred". Upon receiving this message SS shows the walkman as having 0.0 KB free space. Another issue I am facing is that SS cannot the mp3s into either atrac/atracplus or wav format and whenever i try I recive the message "Cannot convert the specified track." followed by some annoying possible reasons like track cannot be found etc. The error it specifies is (00000908-7209). I have tried everything from installing different versions of Sonic Stage which are availble, different uninstalling s/w etc. But the problem seems to persist. I tried transferring tracks from another pc to the walkman and it worked alright.I've been grappling with this issue for a number of weeks now. Any help will be welcome. My walkman is NW-HD5My system config is as follows:Windows XP Pro SP2SonicStage 3.3Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz512 MB RamUSB 2.
