akijikan
I was reading the Wikipedia article on MD for kicks and notice this note after the anti-skip explanation section:Note that a buffer of at least ten seconds is required on all MiniDisc players, be they portable or not. This is needed to ensure uninterrupted playback in the presence of fragmentation. So the audio tracks on an MD can be fragmented? I always assumed that this wasn't the case, but it makes sense, considering its a rewritable format.
