Please help me about Connect Player

I had NW-A3000 the day before and I installed Connect player then I updated it.

I had lost of problems with that sotfware. I dont have any playlist in my

NW-A3000 but there are playlists that are saw in the connect player and I cant delete them. I tried to format the device but it didn't chane anything I think the playlists written in the log of the program.

There are the 5 bookmark playlists plus the top100 playlist and i think you can't delete them, they are essential.

However, there is that one "sample songs" playlist which you can delete via the Connect Player (click on the + in front of your NW-A3000 on the left, you should find the playlists there).
