apple zealot
I already bought it, but now I will probably return, because the RH1 looks sweet. But I was wondering, why is the B100 so expensive compared to Hi-MD? Is it because it's the last MDLP recorder that Sony makes? Even the RH1 may be 50-100$ less. sebastianbf
it's because the B100 is a bussines recording minidisc. It has the incorporated microphone and the mono speaker. Also it has the auto start recording function (that start recording automaticaly when you speak, like old micro cassette recorders) and remember that it was introduced in 2001.It all depends on how you are gonna use it. If you want to record voices, conferences, meetings, etc.. you should keep the B100. If your planning to record music, gigs, and hear the music on-the-go I would recommend you a smaller unit.
