Removing default track marks

Hi all,

Let me start by stating that this site is invaluable in my learning about my MZ-RH10 features (that I bought a year ago)... It is basically one stop shopping for info on it!

I learned of the latest Sonic Stage and now can imagine you guys drooling over the newest Hi-Md to be released!!! Just spectacular work.

Anyway, forgive me if this is basic knowledge, but I could not find it in a search or in the MZ-RH10's manual:

Can one turn off automatic track markings (when the machine decides it is "silent")? It is handy during gigs, but I use the recorder mainly for our rehearsals, and the music is quite silent in parts, and just when things are getting nice and moody, the MZ-RH10 decides it's time for a new track. :(

Also, it would be nice for a firmware upgrade to eliminate having to put the thing in manual level recordings for heaven's sake... As well as those missing letters on the titling.

But I could not live as comfily as I do without my shiny, scratched MZ-RH10. :D

Thanks.
